A woman who reaches the top paves the way for many others. She transforms the world as it is, creating a symbol where limits once stood.

The project

Stories of inspiring women, extraordinary protagonists who, with strength and an authentic feminine vision, have broken the glass ceiling and rewritten the rules to reach the top of their careers.

“Beyond the Glass Ceiling” is the vibrant, topical theme of the new Yalea campaign: a tribute to women who have broken the mould and are now redefining success with determination and authenticity. Yalea presents 10 contemporary female voices, professionals who have defied expectations and made their mark in fields often dominated by men — from boxing to entrepreneurship, from carpentry to Formula 1. Ten portraits of female power in which courage, beauty and talent coexist without compromise.

These extraordinary women are living proof that dreams and aspirations are and should always be genderless. Yalea, which has always promoted women’s empowerment, aims to inspire new generations to believe that passions know no boundaries. The project is also a concrete invitation to all women in leadership roles to become mentors, because only by increasing female representation in decision-making positions can we foster lasting, structural, and inclusive change.
