Beyond the Glass Ceiling

Yalea presents the new campaign “Beyond the Glass Ceiling”

With this campaign, Yalea celebrates feminine empowerment in the professional world.

Yalea, the house brand of the De Rigo Group, long committed to supporting women, launches its new international campaign: “BEYOND THE GLASS CEILINGWhere vision meets empowerment,” a visual story intertwining elegance and commitment, transforming style into an act of personal affirmation.

Five women, five extraordinary stories, five gazes that have broken invisible barriers and redefined their professional fields, turning the glass that once separated them from new possibilities into lenses through which to look at the future with clarity and determination. These women have reached levels of excellence in their careers and serve as examples and role models for new generations.

The campaign protagonists wear Yalea’s new FW25 collection: eyewear with a refined and contemporary aesthetic, crafted from exquisite acetates offering sophisticated color effects. The collection includes sunglasses with polarized lenses and meticulous finishes, enriched with raised geometric details. Smaller frame sizes are also available, designed to enhance every face shape.

The protagonists of the new campaign are:

Maria Cudeiro (Spain) – General Manager in the pharmaceutical industry, she leads an international company with an inclusive and innovation-driven approach.

Nina Gademan (Netherlands) – A driver from the F1 Academy and one of the few women active in the world of Formula 1, she is pursuing her career in a highly competitive and traditionally male-dominated environment.

Nadia Nadim (Afghanistan) – Professional footballer and medical doctor. After a childhood spent as a refugee, she built a professional football career, becoming an example of resilience and determination.

Leocadie Ollivier de Pury (France) – A parachutist and multi-award-winning athlete, she has chosen free flight as a form of expression and freedom. She is part of the Sportifs de Haut Niveau of the Gendarmerie Nationale and represents an outstanding figure in the French sports scene.

Chiara Pavan (Italy) – Michelin-starred chef and pioneer of sustainable and mindful cuisine, she combines culinary research and the enhancement of local traditions in every creation.
